UK Deliveries

 Standard Delivery Information
- Our Standard Delivery is £1 with no minimum order. 1st class delivery is available for £3.95. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are delighted to be able to charge only £1 for UK Mainland addresses.
- We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to, DPD, Royal Mail.
- Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be despatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from despatch, however, some out of area post codes may take longer. View out of area post codes below.
- If a mobile number is provided you will receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered.(PREMIUM DELIVERY)
- A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.
 Express/Premium Delivery Information
- If your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be delivered the Next Working Day.
- Recognised working days are Monday – Friday. If an order is placed on a Friday (before 9am) it will arrive the next available working day, being a Monday. No deliveries take place on a Weekend or Bank holiday.
- If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a delivery window. This will also be sent by email. There will be the option to change the delivery day or leave the parcel with a neighbour, if you are unavailable.
- A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery they are on currently and where you are in the queue. Then when the driver is near, you will be given a 15 minute delivery window.
- To get all of these benefits simple choose from one of our Express/Premium delivery services and make sure you include your mobile number when placing your order.

Saturday Delivery Information
- Premium delivery option only. Order any day and get it delivered on a Saturday (up to 3pm Friday). If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a delivery window. This will also be sent by email.
- A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery he is on currently and where you are in the queue.
- Saturday delivery is not available to a small number of out of area post codes.

- Premium delivery option only. Order any day and get it delivered on a Sunday (up to 3pm Saturday). If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a 1 hour delivery window. This will also be sent by email.
- A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery he is on currently and where you are in the queue.
- Sunday delivery is not available to a small number of out of area post codes.Â

If an order is placed after the cut off time, it will not be delivered the Next Working Day and instead automatically be loaded onto the following day’s dispatches.
If an order is placed with Next Working Day delivery on a Friday, the parcel will then be delivered on the following Monday. As Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days.

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. We stock all of our products in our UK warehouse, so no need to pay any additional import fees.
International Deliveries
Our delivery prices to Europe and the Rest of the World are among the lowest available and to many European destinations we offer £1 DELIVERY
Provided your order is placed before 10 AM (10:00) we aim to despatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. If it is placed after 10 AM, we still endeavor to despatch it on the same day but cannot provide any guarantees to this extent. If your order is placed on a non-working day then it will not be shipped until the next working day. A non-working day is any Saturday, Sunday or UK designated Bank Holiday.
Return Policy
We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below returns address within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.

When you return the items back, please make sure you include a covering note with your order number, name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your return.
We understand that occasionally you may decide that the product you have ordered and received is not suitable for your use and you would like to return it to us for a refund.

As your products have been despatched before you cancelled your contract you must send the goods back to our specified address at your own cost and these items must be in a re-saleable condition with all tabs intact and all products unopened.
We must receive the unwanted items within 14 days from date of delivery to you. Once your returned item(s) have been received & examined in our warehouse, we will process the refund and make the payment back to the original account the money came from. Please allow up to 10 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received and we are unable to refund the cost of your postage.
When you send the items back, please include a covering note including your order number, name and reason for return. Without your order number, we will be unable to refund you. Please also include a copy of this email with your parcel.
If your parcel has been returned to EZsuppzâ„¢ because you were not available to accept the delivery, the cost of your order plus postage will be refunded to the initial payment method used as soon as your parcel arrives back with us.

Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item, for this payment to be received into your account. This refund can also dependant on the length of time it takes your bank to process the payment.
we are unable to offer an exchange service, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.
We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. If you have opened and part-consumed your product then we are not able to change it for another product, flavour or offer a refund.
If in doubt or it’s your first time using our products, we strongly suggest you try a smaller size pouch rather than going for a large pouch first time round.
